All places at Thee Village Hub are subject to availability. We encourage families to register their interest as early as possible, though we will always do our best to accommodate late enquiries where we have capacity.
Session fees and payment terms will be shared with you before your child's place is confirmed. Fees must be paid according to the schedule agreed at registration.
We kindly ask that families let us know as early as possible if they need to cancel or amend a booking. Specific notice periods and any applicable charges will be shared at the point of registration.
Our team provides attentive, responsible care based on the information parents and guardians share with us. Parents remain responsible for keeping us informed of their child's health, needs, routines and any changes in circumstances.
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. All staff are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding, first aid and inclusive practice. Our safeguarding policy is available on request.
Once a session has been attended, refunds are not provided. We are always happy to discuss individual circumstances with families, and will always look for a fair resolution when things don't go as planned.
Thee Village Hub takes every reasonable step to ensure children in our care are safe and supported. Whilst we cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will always act in the best interests of every child.
